True Review For The North States Superyard Play Yard
Wait! Don’t buy the North States Superyard Play Yard until after you’ve read this review. I mean, it’s not like this product is going to cause injury or something but please hear what I have to say.
Over time, I’ve don’t many reviews for play yards. I almost have a ‘sixth sense’ for these products. I can just look at one and get a feel for it – in terms of how safe it is and whether it’s a good deal or not.
At first glance, I can say I’m excited to review this play yard. Not only does it look safe – it also looks fun!
Into The Colors
The first thing I notice about this play yard is the colors. If you’re a mom who is into bright, exciting coloring, then this product is definitely for you. The price seems very reasonable, but we’ll get into that later. This play yard is 26 inches high, so it’s suitable for all but the tallest babies.
It comes with a convenient carrying strap and provides baby with 18.5 square feet of play space. When compared with other play yards, that’s a GOOD amount of play space. It can be setup in seconds, and by seconds, the manufacturer means a minute or two.
Now, I like that this play yard can be used both indoors and outdoors because you know there’s going to be times when you need to take it outside. That’s the kind of versatility I’m looking for in a play pen. I like that it’s lightweight but still strong enough to protect baby.
Portability shouldn’t be a problem since it is pretty light, but wheels would’ve been great additions to this play yard. This is what you would call a ‘panel’ play yard, which means it’s a series of panels that connect to each other. I think it’s neat that all of the panels are different colors. It gives you all of the colors in the rainbow. This play yard is available as six or eight panels, depending on your needs.
The Determining Factor
The versatility of this play yard is what really won me over. Since it’s made of panels, you can actually switch the panels around and set them up to suit your needs.
For example, if a hexagonal shape doesn’t work for your needs, then you can setup the play yard in the shape of a square. I imagine you could create almost any shape that you want. Unfortunately, some people who’ve purchased and reviewed this product are quite harsh.
Someone said that up close this play yard resembles a dog kennel, LOL. I have to disagree. However, if your kids are strong, they might be able to push this play yard over, so that could be a problem.
For the price, I definitely think this play yard is worth it. However, I think it’s ideal for the smaller tikes.
